CONFERENCE “EVOLUTION OF BORDER CONCEPT, FROM REAL TO VIRTUAL, AND ITS IMPACT ON OUR SOCIETY”

Nicola Sotira, General Manager of the Global Cyber Security Center will partecipate as speaker at Conference “Evolution of border concept, from real to virtual, and its impact on our society” – Thursday 10 November 2016 – University of Studies – Naples.

The event aims to understand how the concept of borders is rapidly evolving, they will be exposed the main factors that contribute to this historic change and the contexts in which these changes are better perceived.

New frontiers involve new ways of confrontation between States, by diplomatic aspects to the new mode of conflict. Disputes become instantaneous, asymmetrical and require new skills and new strategies.
