GCSEC has coordinated three Masters in Cyber Security established in Cyber Security District in Cosenza (DCS).
Three Masters, started in February 2015, have been designed for young graduates in computer science and aim to create 54 professional experts in the field of cyber security to be dedicated to research and industrial development activities.
Three Masters are dedicated to the following innovative topic:
- End User Protection: Master aims to form experts in design and implementation of Technological Platforms and Applications for End-User Protection in Cyber Space
- Digital and Electronic Payment Services Protection: Master aims to form experts in design and implementation of Technological Platforms and Applications for Digital and Electronic Payment Services Protection
- Secure Dematerialization: Master aims to form experts in design and implementation of Technological Platforms and Applications for Secure Dematerialization
Each Master consists of three modules (A, B, C) of which A and C are frontal lessons while B is training on the job. The total duration of each path is 1500 hours spread over 14 months with 830 hours provided for the module A, 600 for module B, 70 for the module C.
During the Masters student can obtain prestigious certifications in the face of passing a final exam. The achievement of these awards allow students to have acquired additional skills, verified and certified by an independent third party, and to be more competitive in the working world.

Palo Alto Networks Academy Cybersecurity Accreditation (PACA)
During the module B students have the opportunity to experience the skills acquired in the activities of industrial research and development carried with the partners involved.
The first Master edition will end by may 2016.
