The Ministry of Education shall perform administrative affairs related to: design, construction and development of the educational system; conditions for the establishment and operation of educational institutions and organizations; organization of the work of educational institutions; system of financing institutions and organizations of education; financing supplementary education in their mother tongue for the children of our citizens temporarily employed or residing abroad; adoption or approval of educational programs for preschool education, secondary general education, vocational education, education of children with special needs and adult education.

Institute Of Modern Technology Montenegro is a private Scientific Research institution in the field of information and communication technologies, established with the aim of supporting the economic development of Montenegro as a knowledge-based society.


The University of Maribor is the second biggest and the second oldest university in Slovenia. Around 18 000 students study at the University of Maribor. It has seventeen faculties which offer undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes. UDG mission is to create conditions for studying upon principles of high quality European education. Gdansk University of Technology (GUT) is the largest technical university in the Pomeranian Region and one of the oldest technical universities in Poland. Its mission is to provide high quality education to meet the needs of the dynamically growing economy and the knowledge-based society. It is committed to carry out scientific research at the highest, international level of excellence in the conditions of the globalising world as well as realising innovative undertakings to contribute to society through active participation in civilisation transformation, in particular that of science and technology innovation education research.


The University of Lausanne is a public university located on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland. It is a higher teaching and research insitution where approximately 13,350 students and 2,800 researchers work and study. The Swiss Cyber Security Advisory and Research Group (SCARG, www.scarg.org), founded in 2012, is based within the Faculty of Business and Economics at the university. The group offers strategic and practical advice, targeted research, and detailed education in a variety of fields related to Cybersecurity, Cybercrime, Cyberdefence, Cyberconflicts, Cyberpower , Cyberresilience and risk management. UNIL leads WP7, “Identifying high level gaps and solution for developing measures against cyber crime”.


Delft University of Technology (TUD) is a state university conducting cutting edge research and providing first class education. With circa 16,000 students and academic staff of 2,800, TUD is the largest technical university in the Netherlands. The University’s yearly research results include about 230 PhD theses and over 7,000 publications in journals. TUD leads WP6 “Measuring the direct and indirect economic impact of cyber crime”.


RSE carries out research into the field of electrical energy with special focus on national strategic projects funded through the Fund for Research into Electrical Systems. RSE is a total publicly-controlled Company: the sole shareholder is GSE S.p.A. The activity covers the entire supply system with an application-oriented, experimental and system-based approach. RSE has a unique heritage of human resources, experience and innovation, essential to the continuity and revival of innovation in this important sector for the country.


The University of Studies Link Campus University (http://www.unilink.it) is a young and dynamic Italian universitiy that comes from the Anglo-Saxon educational tradition and retains the unique characteristics based not only on knowledge but also on know-how.

The quality of teachers, of the experts and of the professionals in the field enhances the student learning transferring them skills and experiences. The Link Campus University trains the students in geopolitics areas, with regard to Intelligence and Security, Economics of Sport, and in other areas as arts, theater, music and cinematography.
To meet the needs of job market, even in traditional sectors, Link Campus University specializes the Law Degree in the field of Forensic Science and Criminology and the course of Communication on digital communication.
