Starting today until October 28, the Postal and Communications Police will lead a prevention campaign project on the safety of access to the network devices. The project is part of the initiatives undertaken within the European Cyber Security Month (ECSM). The event, sponsored by Europol, has been joined 21 EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom), 3 outside the EU (Colombia, Norway and Ukraine), financial services companies (Barclays, Erstebank, Danske Bank, EMA Ukraine and Western Union) and security Internet (Bitdefender, CheckPoint, CCIS Norway, Intel Security, Kaspersky Lab, Norton by Symantec and Proximus), and other key partners (Lookout, SaferInternet.cz, NCBI, CERT-LT, BEESECURE, SECURITYMADEIN.LU, ABBL, Alert Online, Dutch Payment Association, NorwegianUniversity of Science and Technology, Centre for Cyber and Information Security (CCIS), NorSIS, NASK, DIICOT and CERT-RO). In Italy, Postal and Communications Police has extended the partnership offered to the major companies operating in the field of TLC and computer security (FASTWEB, GCSEC, KASPERSKY LAB, POSTE ITALIANE, NORTON BY SYMANTEC, VODAFONE, WIND).
