The first edition of the platform of public-private discussion "Cybersecurity - Mediterranean", will be held in the City of Noto (Sicily) on May 10th and 11th, under the sponsorship of the Swiss Embassy in Italy and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU, UN-Geneva) and in partnership with the local council of the City of Noto. The first edition will focus on the new PSD2 Directive, the GDPR Regulation and the risks related to the exponential growth of data and services that are accessible through the smartphone (sessions in Italian). A VIP day will be held with a simultaneously translation dedicated to a trans-disciplinary vision on the security challenges of the Business and the Industry 4.0. Another parallel session will be held in English and will focus on the transport security and the ways to ameliorate the defense of the intermodal platforms. This session will be organised in coordination with and supported by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
